t case swap
I have a 1992 f-150 5speed (I dont think it is the mazda tranny ). I believe I have a Borg Warner 1356 (with a slip yoke). Can I swap it with a t-case that does not have a slip yoke? If so what t-case can I use and what special things do I need to watch for other than getting a new drive shaft? Thanks for any info.

the BW 1345 (i believe that # is right) is a non slip yoke T/C. Besides that there the same case and will bolt right up. If if your 5spd tranny is like the autos that year you can mount the gear driven NP205 up with just a little grinding work. with your truck being a 92 F150 with a 5spd you'll have the mazda tranny.

I have no clue about that. You might try some searches to see what you come up with. Only time I really jack with the BW tcases is when I help friends rebuild them. I just don't trust the chain drive and oil pumps in them when ya need it. I stick with the NP205's.
