I have a 1955 Ford F100. I have a ford remote solenoid between the battery and starter. If the battery dies from not using it. Can you jump start it by putting the jumper cable on the battery side of the solenoid and the ground to an engine block and then start the truck?

Yes, but be careful the jumper cable clamp doesn't touch the mounting bracket or bolt.

Thank you very much. just for giggles. hook up battery first then turn on the ignition / Now I don't have to put in remote batter terminals.
