How much lift do you have on that superduty?
I'd say the amount of bags of money would be the same since about the only difference between the two is one has a really good lookin SUV body and the other a pickup bed used only to haul around their owners huge egos !!!
As for lifted outhouses... I need one just to wade through the superduty crap.
Guess I'll go to
now and dream about how many bags of money it would take to own a new superduty, a bronco, 2 explorers and a 40 Ford Coupe. 
Nah.. The only one I'd really dream about is drivin around in a really sweet 40 Ford Coupe. :-)

Well first off it's a fact that lifting a bus cost more, Im not familiar with how much for a suv,seems the women who drive them never lift them.:*:*:*:*:*
Now it's right in the 40 ford coupe manual, no one I repeat, NO ONE, WHO OWNES a SUV/BUS/EX has enough taste to drive/own a coupe!!
It would just embarrass the coupe

What coupe??? We've never seen pictures! I think it may be a hoax. Kinda like you guys thinking that you're cooler than mrrottndog and I with your [font size=0]little[/font size] trucks. (Yes, I'm hding begind the big guy). 
We have however, finally gotten a glimpse of Rich's anti-technology, super duty deluxe motor-home. Thanks for the pic YETI!
