After some trial and error my 03 f350 is up and running. Ended up being a bad HPOP. Replaced ICP ,IPR ,injector harness, freshened up the turbo and replaced a few pigtails on the sensors. Truck seems to run well. My problem is the blue hose on the EGR cooler is leaking. Is it possible to replace the hose ,whether it be cutting off and slipping a new hose using clamps ,or do I need to remove the turbo again(for the 4th time lol). Thanks. PS I also changed the oil cooler
Yes there is a way to replace that blue hose without removing the turbo. You can search for it, or if you wait, one of us can probably post a link or some instructions.
Thanks. In hindsight I had read many comments about not reusing the hose. If I were smart I would have replaced it when it was accessible the 4 times I had the turbo off. 🤷♂️
