Ride of the Week is BACK! (Official Submission Thread)
Hey, folks, Michael here from the front page editorial team. I wasn't working at FTE when the Ride of the Week (RotW) section effectively ended in 2014, but I'd love to try bringing it back, both here and on our front page. My only goal is to give all of us a chance to show off and celebrate our members' awesome and unique rides. Simple. Quick. Fun.
Interested in having your Ford become an official FTE Ride of the Week? Great. We'll mostly be showing off Ford tucks and SUVs. But if you have anything cool from Ford, Mercury, or Lincoln, we're open to that too. So if you own a cool Ford —
Post a comment below in this thread with 4 or more PHOTOS (they should be widescreen and at least 1K pixels wide)
Share as many details about your truck as you can (spec, mods, color, any stories)
OPTIONAL -- include links to YouTube or Instagram videos
OPTIONAL – feel free to share something about yourself
That’s it!
Thanks so much for reading and we hope to see your trucks here and all over the forum. Thank you so very much for being a part of the Ford Truck Enthusiasts community. You can also find us on —

What about making it Ride Of The Month instead of Ride of the week? Have 5 submissions and let the Club Members vote (for club and non club member ROTM submissions) through some sort of notification.
Weekly submissions start off strong and then tend to fade off to where the ROTW effort is non-existent... just my .02

I'm on other sites that do just that, and works well. They even offer a prize of a $50 Harbor Freight gift card.
Worth a shot, it just has to be more visible than this thread is.

1995 ford f250 with the 5.8 cleveland my first obs so far great truck some issies im trying figure out like steering lags ot sharp turns binds sometimes stopping the truck Hauling my 8n i am working on rebuilding
At first I was wondering why the wheels are so big on the front, and was going to suggest that this might be related to the steering problem. I cropped out the wheels to illustrate my question. Then I realized that there was more of this going on, so it must be an optical illusion. I'm curious how this picture got to be like this?:
They are the same size probaly cause the truck was squating and the fronts lifted a bit due to the squat and its a slight angle i took it at i was kimda in a ditch to roads not a wide road tractors with equioment take the whole road up and has plenty clearance i fixed it tho the front u joints are bad so 4 wheel wont work bought it like that but i guess it was trying to engage 4 wheel so i shifted to 4 and back to 2 wheel and hasnt done it since but now ya point the wheels out ya thats odd
