I wouldn't trust anything when it comes to the oil cooler. Either OEM or Bullet-proof diesel. All of the "upgraded" oil coolers typically end up being inferior in every way. Larger passages to prevent cloggging = less surface area for heat transfer and higher oil temps. High oil temps in a 6.0 is very bad!
So on the "updated cooler" front you're talking about, wouldn't the updated part also apply to the supposedly new updated oem coolers I've seen advertised along with all other coolers that are not factory oem? Even including BPD.
