System Off To Save Battery

System Off To Save Battery
Greetings all. recently purchased 2014 FX4, 3.5 Eco Boost. One problem I'm having the System Off message, although I just replaced the battery. I went through all of the relearn procedures, keep locked 8 hrs, high beams x 5, apply Brakes x 3.
Even disconnected the battery management sensor on the negative battery cable, but STILL get the message!!
So the sync screen lights up then turns off immediately. The Climate Control switches stay lit ALL the time, although they are not working, Any and all help is welcome. Thank You!
