I believe it is also part of the XLT Premium Package. It is in the Package list as "Intelligent Access with Push-Putton Start". I think Ford also refers to this as "PEPS".

Also XL with STX package has push to start. I made a post on here a while ago about that. Doesn’t seem to be a “premium” feature anymore.

Per the 2023 Order Guide, XLT with Premium Pkg (17P) as well as Lariat and above trim levels.
