Actually like them both a lot. If I was doing a refresh / restoration trying to stick to as close as original I would definitely do the RTX, but if I was doing a resto-mod where I swayed from originality on the rest of the truck I would do the HDX version.
Both are nice. Dakota Digital is a great company (I have one of their clusters in my 70 challenger) and interestingly enough they are located in the town I live in (Sioux Falls, SD). I toured their factory a few years back before the pandemic, they still haven't restarted factory tours.

The RTX Was not out when I got the HDX kind of glad it would be a hard choice
Thanks guys, the RTX arrives tomorrow, it was cheaper through Summit than Dakota. To answer the tach question, I believe it's below the speed numbers and goes across the bottom. My truck is still a ways from finish, but I like to have the parts here before we get to that area. That way we're not waiting for them when it's time, L8R ZFLASH
