Manual conversion

Hello I’m Simon. I have a 2001 e350 sd 5.4l 2v truck. I’ve done a manual conversion. Truck ran great at first as time went on, within a six months period truck begin losing power when I accelerate. Transmission wiring harness is gone, which wiring pins do I need to jump to have the ability to start the car with the key?.(push button for right now) which wires do I need to jump to complete the can-bus system? The truck has no catalytic converter’s and revs up if I slowly give it gas. But if I floor the accelerator, it hesitates, misfires and cuts off. Help please I can’t seem to find any wiring diagrams on the Internet. I am a mechanical engineering, so I know it can be done just a matter of a few resistors in a few jumps. I just want the engine to run as if it’s in neutral I will delete any and all unnecessary systems. If it cannot be done with the factory ECM I am thinking about switching to a standalone MAP ecm any help would be appreciated

No, I bought the truck with a seized engine and no transmission so I thought I would put a ZF5 speed that I bought from the Internet never had a manual PCM if all else fails, I was thinking about running my own wiring harness for the lights and putting everything else on a standalone ECU the engine is not it’s own either it is a second generation lightning truck engine built for 28 pounds of positive displacement

Welcome to the FTE!

Can't help with your problem but can you post pics from clutch and gear shifter?

I have been planning a manual swap, If my 4r100 ever explodes.

Where did you get the clutch bits and pieces?
I know that Econoline has come with an manual paired to 300cid six.

Check fuel pressure, your pump could be failing, if it sat a long time, the fuel in the tank could be bad, I had one sit over 6 months, had trash and rust in the tank.

.

clutch came from a deisel f250
clutch fork had to be shortened by me.
Must use .025 spacer for fly wheel clearance.
Pedal assembly was made by me from a spare brake pedal laying around with a double lever power multiplier 7 in of pedal travel to 1 3/8 of master cylinder travel.
I’m tired of messing with it I’m goin full stand-alone ecu.
it will also allow me to get rid of a bunch of unnecessary electronics under the hood.
