What is this? It seems to be some sort of clutch. When it clicks the whole thing spins { at idle } and when it clicks again only the pulley parts spins. Dumb ? I know but I am trying to to learn, and you folks know your stuff! thanks John
You have 26 post so I am thinking you are asking a honest question. Turn your AC off and it will strop cycling. When ac is on, when it builds pressure it will cycle on and off. Yes the ac clutch. When ac is on other things can cause it to cycle, such as low freon.
