Air brake compressor ID
Anyone have a Ford L/F series with a 3208 cat with air brakes? I need a part number for the belt-drive compressor.
Anyone that can help with identifying the right compressor would be a big help!

Ford used Bendix brand compressors in most of their apps back then
A heavy duty tractor parts supplier should be able to match up your pump
The Bendix Tru Flow 501 was a popular compressor for that engine
Whats wrong with it

Is it not building full pressure or cycling up and down
Not building pressure is usually the governor
Replace the governor
Cycling is usually the o-rings on the unloader valves
you can access them thru the air intake port
