My husband came home the other day after a day out with his cousin. They had been to a sheriff's auction. He proceeded to tell me he could have gotten an 85 Mustang Renegade with racing wheels, louvres and pretty decent body, minus the hood, oil pan covers, mainfold, carbeurator and possibly the headers for ONLY $950.00! Should I shoot him or be glad he didn't get it?
1 what exactly is a mustang "renegade"
2 why was it missing all the stuff on the engine
3$ 950 for an 85 mustang thats not running isn't that great a deal
Not easy to say without seeing it but.... I think you should be glad he did not buy it. I would have a hard time paying more than $500 for anything you couldn't drive home. Especially an 85 Mustang. Now if it was a 65 to 70 era Mustang....that might be a different story.
Okay, forgive me. I got the info wrong. (What I get for working two jobs. Braindead.) The Mustang was a Predator and the reason the parts were missing was because it was stolen. And what else would you want it for besides racing?
