Custom Cab

Question. For 1956 did the option for big window automatically get you a custom cab? And vice versa, did buying a custom cab also automatically get you a big window?

I have a '56 big window express (8 foot bed). Chrome trim around the windows but not a custom cab.

It's an F100 abe, it has 5 stud rims
