I have a 99 f250 super duty v10, because of numerous misfire codes i have replaced plugs, coil packs, o2 sensors, my pcv hose and its still showing codes even after i reset them, and then it added a new code p0151 what the hell is wrong with my truck?

P0151 is bank 2 sensor 1 O2 sensor, it could be going off due to leaks in your exhaust system or it could be a bad sensor. If you have leaks in the system, fix them if the code doesn't go away, then go after the sensor. The sensor can also cause misfires, heavier fuel consumption.

I wouldn't break your back chasing exhaust leaks. It would seem that the 2V's at least are hardly affected, even if there's a HUGE hole in your exhaust manifold:
