Just saw that an Aston Martin is up for no-minimum auction at the City of Houston impound lot next week. That's not something you see every day. Of course, that's the corrupt auction that doesn't post pics or let you bid online. I assume it's wrecked, but I've seen some real nice cars get bought real cheap at those auctions.

Those type luxury specialty cars can be had super cheap in almost perfect shape used. They depreciate so fast. I used to buy Bentley, Jaguar, and Maserati used for 20% what they are worth new. The key is to enjoy them for a short time and sell them before they need a repair Always wanted an Aston, but the Jaguars were almost the same thing and more available.
Ford owned Jaguar/LandRover/Aston Martin for quite some years 1989-2009 or 2010
Yeah, this one has taken a big hit. They were approaching $200k new when I looked at them a few years before this 08. And the VIN check on this showed it was sold at auction in '17 for $47k. Six years later there can't be much of that value left. Almost down to where it's not going any lower. Prolly worth more in parts to any of the few dozen others out there.
If you have some disposable income id bid on it sight unseen up to a comfortable figure you decide. Just be prepared if its as good as parts you probably wont be able to sell any piece of it aside from the wheels. Wheels fit Jaguar and late 90s - late 00 BMW 5 and 7 series.
Or just do a 6.0L swap and get it back on the road
