Technical Service Question
The 22 F250 gave me my 1st issue today. My steering wheel controls are not working on left side. Cruise control wont work and the up and down and ok navigation button on the left side isn't working correctly. Press right it goes down on the display. Any ideas what it could be? The right side of the steering wheel controls works (audio, change channel, and etc). But the left side is the issue. Dealer told me 3 weeks to look at it, I'm like no thanks. And insight is greatly appreciated.

No problem. My buttons still worked but it was making a noise when turning the wheel in cold weather. Thankfully my dealership didn't give me a run around and swapped it right out. Being that our buttons aren't working that should make it pretty easy to diagnose.
