On my 1999 f250 super duty when I turn on my left blinker it flashes quickly as if the bulb is blown but it's not. It just blinks fast. I pulled the tail light off and looked at the wiring and found two plugs that look like the attached picture that were unplugged and taped off by the previous owner. Tail lights and blinker work but like I said they blink fast. What is this plug?
Prolly some trickery to hook up trailer lights? If everything is still working, but fast like you say, there is prolly a mix of LED and incandescent bulbs in the circuit making the flasher run erratic. B.
