Nice! Too much tech for me. But glad to see those that can figure it out. I ran Thornbirds and Super Swampers for years. You just turn a deaf ear to the on-road noise. Truck looks great.
It’s been a long 4 years since I started. Being able to work in a real shop has helped. Plenty of space to work on it. Glad my buddy let’s work on it there.
Got the tail lights in. All done with the rewiring! American Auto wire kit was awesome! I used the painless wire loom and that stuff is great also. Still trying to get a video on YouTube so I can post here of it running.
The one on the passenger side of the truck is the starter solenoid and the one on the drivers is for the second battery. It opens up when there is 12 volts applied and charges the battery when running. When you turn the key to off it closes the line and lets you use that battery only for the extra stuff with out draining the main battery. Not impressed with the Pro Flo 4 yet. I am still working on getting it running right. Of course everything is on back order still. I am sure it will be killer once I get it figured out! I know it’s not high tech for most but for me it is like rock science, lol. I will get it though.
