That truck sure is looking great. Are you planning on doing anything special with the inside of the bed? I just noticed that you didn't paint the inside. That's a.
I have a Line-X in my black 2011 F150. I absolutely love it. It's just their base liner, but I really have nothing bad to say about it. I've hauled scrap metal, firewood, parts for my older trucks, moved my sister in-law and her husband. Not a single flaw in that liner. It will be a definite purchase on my other trucks when they are completed. As well as any future trucks I may acquire.
Got the front end on and boy do I like it. After market chrome grill, FORD letters. It looks good as well as the aftermarket bumper and headlights with relay. All from LMC and all look stunning. Inserts are from LMC also but came in a Dennis Carpenter box. Painted them then cleared with a mat clear. Front marker lights are NOS from NPD and the rear and all side, marker are NOS off of e-bay. The color is amazing compared to my old ones. No way I could have buffed them to look this good. The rear tail lights are a 73 maybe early 74 steel housing four screw taillight. Very happy to have found new lenses. On the final stretch. The hood lined up very nicely and the body lines along with the gaps all look good
.
I had to bend a few tabs up/down ect and file on the park lights for the studs on the back some but over all very easy and fits nice on the fenders. I have to say I am super pleased with the fit and look of it. Home run in my book!
What kind of issues are you running into with the Edelbrock? I have the same system in my garage for my 390 and I am itching to install it once I finally get my shop finished.
It is extremely important to get the distributor installed correctly! I am just now getting to drive it to self learn. I am running rich but Edelbrock assures me that after some miles on the truck that will clear up.
That sure looks good. Where did you get the grille shell from? Sorry if you already stated that, I just don't recall seeing that being said. Are the front turn signals the one piece or two-piece design? Once again that truck is looking awesome!
Got the grill from LMC. It is the chrome plated steel one. The front turn signals are NOS Ford parts (two part). Lots of parts from LMC, some NPD and a few from Dennis Carpenter. I had a lot of NOS stuff I bought at the Ford dealership over the years.
Thanks for the reply. Many folks don't know that the clear turn signals came in both a two piece design and a one piece design much like the taillights.

Maybe you can explain it to me better. I may have missed something here. There is a lens and a metal body it screws too, the tail light is the same also, lens that screws to a metal body. I know that my 73 does have the harder of the two style taillights with 4 screw to hold it on and the metal body but not sure I know what you are referring to for two piece?
That's exactly what I was referring to as the two-piece design turns signals. The lense is separate from the metal body. And iirc the lense itself is glass on the early model years. Then there was a 1-piece design where the lense and body were both plastic and bonded together with a separate bulb socket. Then starting in 1976 Ford offered the trun signal in a 1-piece design with an amber lense. That turn signal was only used for 2 years. 1976/1977
