The build a truck site had issues with the 22's all the way til the end... and I'm sure they had issues with the previous years. I doubt the 23's will ever be completely correct too... however, this is why it's important to view the order guide and don't trust anything that the build a truck site shows.

And when it comes time to order, find a good, competent (yeah, right) sales guy who can sit down with you package by package and get you exactly what you want. I did that. And then waited 160 days and got exactly what I wanted.
This has been wrong for months. No true color, Azure is not black.
thank you !! I ordered a king ranch tremor and want to see what the azure / chrome package looks like and they can’t update this build site after 3 months live ?
Rams and GMs web sites or much superior to Fords. Ford should be ashamed. They appear to not care, knowing we will buy there trucks anyway.
I didn't really spend much time at the GM site, but I didn't like the Rams build a truck site... Fords 22 Build a truck site seemed to have things laid out a bit better and easier to understand, although, like this thread started out, it had it's own bugs too. It seemed like Ford had more ala-carte items too though whereas Rams was full of packages, and every time I would add one it would delete some feature from some other package... The order guide was better though. I never looked at anyone's other than Fords, but I hope that Rams order guide made better sense than their site.
Try building something other than a crew cab and you do not get a picture at all... Truly pathetic that they want people to order truck but can't get a website to work. Even KIA does a better job...

One of the things I screwed up on my 2022 order....after building at least 100 times online.....was that when doing it online, the website just said "rain sensing windshield wipers" on the page selecting options.....and I never realized it was also tied in to the heated steering wheel. I would have gladly payed $165 for heated steering wheel had I known, but I had no interest in the RSWSW, so I didn't order.
I made sure to check on the 2023 I ordered, it appears the heated steering wheel is standard now on the Lariat.
There is rot at Ford from the top down. GM and Whysler too.
Anyone that's done work for .gov or been .mil understands what organization wide incompetency is about. If you have any doubt just go take a sip of water at Camp Lejeune with full confidence.
Well run corporations are ALWAYS hiring and ALWAYS firing. You keep searching for talent and you keep firing off the bottom performers. A union work force throws a monkey wrench into that concept and you end up firing for the sake of firing, just to fight the union. Leave the toilet seat up? Fired. Drive a forklift at 3mph rather than 2 mph? Fired. Come back from break too early? Fired.
Ford has than cancer beyond the union level however. Their whole company is eaten up with people that should have been fired the day they were hired.
So from the website to the procurement to the QC to the assy line, it's a ******** company that makes a ******* product, and if you dont like it, you can go get a ****** product from any of the other two companies that are run the same way.
