Look up a Pedal Monster. Don't have one but would like to try one in my 20 F350 C&C. It scares me now and then at an intersection when it falls on its face.
The 7.3 in the cab and chassis and RV platform have been known to have more issues than a “regular pickup” just FYI. I’m sure it could be a difference in tuning etc that throwing it out there.

I have one on my 2024 7.3. It doesn’t change the tune, just adds more sensitivity to the pedal to give the perception of more power.
With that said, I’m very happy with it. I run it in sport mode on level 2-3. Just about right for me and my driving habits.
Which reminds me, I really need to Point and Aim this beast and give Track mode at the highest level a whirl! Mind you that I do not condone this childish behavior, it’s all about research!
Must be the 4.30 gearing but with a camper mounted on our 7.3 “commercial tune” C&C I’ve never ever felt short of power, from a stop or climbing a mountain pass. OTOH I have no desire to charge down the road well over the speed limit while towing a fifth wheel like the diesel pilots that occasionally fly past us. Actually, it would be nice if I could dial back the aggressive gear changes with cruise control while climbing hills! Anyone know if this can be accomplished with FORSCAN?
