My radio has recently started having issues where it resets itself to AM station everytime I turn the truck on. It also loses my iphone info (have to go into my iphone and remove the f350 link and pair it again) and sometimes the screen just stays blank but I can hear the static of the AM station. Strangely when this happens, the rear camera still works on the screen. Has anyone had this issue before? I've been told it could be a fuse that keeps continuous power to the radio to save settings but I can't seem to find anything listed in the fuse panel that does that. Any help is much appreciated!

I’m having the exact same issues on my 2020. Resets to AM, loses iphone. I also noticed I can’t do anything with ford pass app. Batteries are Odyssey AGM less than a year old. Truck also is on a NOCO10 charger once a week.
Check the fuses, the keep alive fuse may be blown. What you are seeing is the default out of the box setting. If the fuse is good, then you possibly have a faulty unit where the memory is corrupted and wont save the settings.
Which fuse are you referring too? The only one I could find that has “keep alive” in it is #95 “Powertrain control module keep alive power”. I pulled the fuse and it did have some weird discoloration on the metal but wasn’t blown. I replaced it anyway and it did not resolve the issue.
Fuse 32 in the passenger compartment. Three are two fuses, one for Sync, the other for "radio" so unsure how they work, or if 32 is for keep alive and radio is for run. If that one is good, then I would say the module it going bad.

Unfortunately I replaced both of those fuses and it didn’t resolve the issue
In that case it sounds like your SYNC has bad flash where it stores the settings. Thinking back, on MFT there is a fuse to pull that resets the module, but I haven't had to do that with SYNC 3.
F32 is for the APIM (Sync 3 module) and F33 is for the ACM (Audio Control Module). Both are hot all of the time. The ACM has a control wire that tells it the truck is in the 'run' position. Have you tried a Master Reset on the Sync 3? Always worth a shot.
About a year ago I had some of the same issues on a 2019 model. I scheduled an appointment with the dealership and when I checked in, the service manager asked if I had 20 minutes or so and I told him I did. He handed me a thumb drive and I sat in the parking lot and installed a Sync update, which solved the problem.
The only problem is that if it is already at the latest version, it won't run the update over again. If there is a newer version, a reflash can resolve a bad flash problem, which is what it sounds like the problem is.
Everytime I try to update it to a newer version, it says that the install failed. Also whenever I try to do a master reset, it just locks up. I bought the yulu e10 radio but I'm wondering if a replacement will solve the issues.

If you have warranty, use it, that unit is fudged if you can't do a reset. You can try using Cyanlabs updater, if you did already, then the flash is corrupted and nothing can fix that.
