Help please!

My 85 f150 quit on me and I can’t seem to get going again. I had an issue with the timing so I got the compression stroke to top dead center and the harmonic balancer set with the rotar button pointing to the #1 plug. I also Putin another distributor but still nothing. So next I did an compression test with these results 1-4 at 125,80,125,150 and 5-8 115,135,120,135 I’m not sure where these numbers take me next. Any help would thankful.

Compression on #2 is low but it's not enough to prevent the motor from running, so start with the very basics..
- Do you have spark?
- Do you have fuel?

Check out the timing chain and gears it may have jumped due to wear and tear.

If the timing chain jumped, wouldn't that cause ALL the cylinders to read low?

I don't think so but I'm not 100% sure.
