Dave - Just realized you in Angier. I’m in Raleigh. There are a few of us here in the Triangje.
I am on the Angier / Benson line off I40. I did see you were from Raleigh
Do you visit the NC chapter page https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum88/
It is a little slow now as it is cold out but we try and list where shows are in the area and go to them.
The car club I am a member of hit up cars & coffee in Garner (MoJo's) and Clayton (bus 70) and any of the other clubs shows.
Have you been to any of them and no your truck dose not need to be a show truck to show it.
There have been some older Ford P/U that show from time to time. I am the only 80's Ford that shows up. most are Chevy's.
There was a big Jan 1st show in Raleigh on 401 at the old 57 Grill parking lot.
The guy that put it on said he will have get together's for things with beds (trucks?) or just Fords / chevys / dodges / etc.
He will post on FB but I dont have acct. so I get it by mouth.
Hope to see you at a show some time I will have my 81 F100 Flare Side cant miss it being red & white.
