Build Sheet decoding help

I have a 1966 F250 Camper Special. I need help with the build sheet codes. Things like the wheel cover code is "4", deluxe bench seat code "G" heater option code "I" etc. I ran down the VIN already and that's fine. What I'm looking for are the trim codes and option codes on the paper build sheet. Thanks everyone. Fred in Oregon

Option code help needed.

What I’ve got is a 1966 F250 camper special. 352 two barrel, rangune red, Dana 60 limited slip with 410’s. I believe (with your help) it has the deluxe package. So I have a chrome front bumper, HD radiator, side tool box. The truck was built in Kansas and sold in Seattle at Southgate Ford on July 11 1966 to Sidney Dees. He kept it till 1982 where it has changed hands a couple times. It last lived in Portland Oregon and is now in Ashland Oregon. I would love any help with the option codes.
