I bought new headlights that has the outer led strip around them. I got the drl working ok. I tied the outer led orange switch back into front turning signal. When I turn them on they flash twice and then stop, but the back keeps flashing.

Contact whom you bought them from and tell them they do not work so they can worry about it, without the manufacturer of the lights and the wiring diagrams and the way they are wired no one here can really help.
