Hey CB3,,
In post #9 Ranger made a recommendation to help troubleshoot your problem. As he is not there so he needs information,
Then later you reply Did that Done that----In my opinion, that was the WRONG answer.
CORRECT answer seems to me would have been OK Ranger on the Air Fuel mix I got XXXXX and vacuum was XXXXX at idle and XXXX at XXXX RPM.
Everyone gets frustrated when nothing seems to work BUT remember,, The only information they have to help you with is what YOU provide. Everyone really wants to help solve your problem.

It was not my intent to offend you or imply anything. I legit wanted to know what you're seeing on the gauges. But after you complained about it, I reread it, and I can see how someone who's frustrated might interpret it as an insult. I apologize.
OK Guys! - I will quit asking for any "advice". I well noted some of the condescending replies.
You are all experts and I am a dope.

Good luck finding a shop to work on this truck, much less fix it. There are people out there but you typically have to know where they are. You won't find someone on google maps to fix this, if you do find a big shop that will take it they'll probably charge you out the ***. You pretty much have to learn to work on these yourself. It doesn't seem like you even want to do something as basic as get a carburetor rebuilt (the original)
