I'm replacing the I beam bushings, I've done them many times before but I have always pressed them in all the way in, and from factory they have like a 1/4" gap.
So is pressing them all the way in the wrong way? Or doesn't matter?
And here you can see how they look when they are pressed all the way in and looks as if it might mess with toe and caster
Decided to leave the gap like the factory did, test drove truck drives better, grounded off some meat off the I beam to clear the upper ball joint now I can mess with camber and caster. Also didn't have enough time to do driver side I beam bushings, but did ball joints.
