New member introduction
My dad bought a brand new sunshine yellow F100 in 1966. We used it on our horse farm and that is the vehicle I learned to drive in. Dad gave it to me in 1975 and it was my primary vehicle for a few years and traded it in for a 1976 F150 in 1978. The guy who lived across the highway from our farm died around 2014 and this F100 had been parked back by his barn for several years. It is exactly like the one we used to have, and they let us have it. We cleaned it up, painted it and reupholstered the seat. Other than that it is all original except I think he put a hood from a 1964 on it. 352 with a 4-speed. Now that I'm retired I plan to rewire it and fix the engine oil leaks. I bought a kit from American Autowire and have asked Santa for a Fel-Pro gasket set.
