Hello to everybody!
I am Carsten, a new member joining from Bottrop / Germany (approx. 90 km north of Cologne)
I ´ve just bought a 1973 F250 Explorer / Camper special imported from California.
In 9 days i´m going to pick it up and bring it home.
For sure, i will have a lot of questions while working on it, to get it registered as a historical vehicle in Germany.
Your helpful input will be appreciated!

No I do not speak too much German at all. My roots however are and sadly I never really pursued my heritage.
Glad you are here. My passion is cycling and love the likes of Marcel Kittel and Andre Greipel.

Very cool, that I already figured out some guys coming from Germany in this Forum.
They might be a big help getting the Truck registered as a historical vehicle over here.
To all the others: Thank you very much for the warm welcome, your help on the lot of questions coming up is much appreciated!
Sunday I am going to get "Dave" home, then I will sart my personal thread were I will put all the infos, questions and share the progress with you!
