first time here. spent years in the 1994.5-1997 7.3 section.
picked me up a completely stock truck. (RUST FREE) from Wyoming. ill send pics when im complete. All i need is a OEM radio and a set of Oxford white wheels and the bias ply tires that make these trucks look sick. (im a buyer)

Welcome to this forum. The original wheels and tires were 8.00 x 16.5's which is a problem for today as they are very obsolete and very spendy to buy any. Best bet is to pickup 73+ Dent and beyond 16' wheels and repaint them yourself.

It could be a Ford accessory winch and bumper as here from a 70 brochure:
