No. The bottom ones with the triangular crossection ring are the CIA balancers (328).

I was hoping for a picture with the 2 held against each other to see how the lug holes corresponded with each other. And this makes me wonder…the next time I, pull my wheels off I am going to try to pull the Centramatics back off and just see if I can turn it slightly and use the different set of holes. I’m sure I tried it when I first put them on, but now I’m wondering… lol.
