Centramatic Black Friday deal

Seen this on TF and called today and ordered a set. Price was $209 with Free Shipping for the 300-328 part #. I didn’t ask about the default 300-318 part #, not sure if they are same price or little cheaper.

....I guess I should be following as well, since I just ordered my first Dually, and was considering them if I find I need something in the future....

Definitely NOT snake oil.
One of the best things I've bought for my truck, they work great.

I have them and think they are ingenious, no wheel weights, better wear, smoother ride.

I have the Centramatics and highly recommend them as well. My truck rides so much smoother and tires are wearing better all around. I agree with Ltngdrvr that they are one of the best things I've bought for my truck.

I have been running the 318's on my truck for about 2500 miles so far. I gotta admit, I didn't notice any rough riding or unbalanced wheels before hand, so the ride is still just as smooth, but I am still happy to have them on.

For the price it buys a lot of wheel balancing beads or Air Soft BBs.

I must really like Centramatics...

Doubled up back to back on the dually, with tube seams and tube wrap flanges offset from each other.

Each side of my truck is a three ring circus... a ring for every tire. That's a lot of snake oil on the roll.

It's the American way... if a little is good, then Super Size it. Double double.

B-1? Make that a B-21.

55" screen? Make that a 95".

Why mess around?

I put them on my new F-450. My tires were pretty smooth, but I did notice a difference. The way I see it is they're cheap compared to the tires they are there to help.

I almost pulled the trigger on a set. Loved the ones I had on my Dodge years ago...

I can't even FIND the 300-328 Part # on Centramatic's website to determine if they are the same price or a little cheaper than the 300-318, but the regular price of the 300-318 is $219 for a set of 4.

If I had to guess, the regular price for the 300-328 is also $219, so if you paid $209, then you received a $10.00 discount as a result of this Black Friday deal, in addition to the Free Shipping, likely worth another $15.00 or so.

I just ordered a set for another dually, which are sold in pairs rather than in quad sets, since the fronts are not interchangeable with the rears. The dually versions cost quite a bit more (almost double). The discount was still $10.00 off per part number, which in the case of DRW applications is $10.00 off per pair, so $20.00 off for a set of four (that costs nearly twice as much as an SRW set of four, so the discount is commensurate with the increased cost). Plus the Free Shipping, which I'm guessing would be another $20.00, so overall, a $40.00 savings as a result of this Black Friday special, which ends today, in about an hour.

Thanks to @number9xd for the heads up.

BTW, what is "TF"?

Here's a thread talking about the 318's vs the 328's. I ended up ordering the 318's from Amazon for $225 + tax.

And just guessing, maybe "TF" stands for Tremor Forums?

13 years ago I ordered Centramatics for my 2006 Dodge 3500 SRW at the time. They were $199 for the set. I remember this because I really didn't have the spare funds for them after just purchasing a new set of tires & wheels, and I was chasing a vibration that came with them.

So the $219 price in today's world is very reasonable.

I had to specifically tell them I wanted the 328’s, they kept trying to say I needed the 318’s.

I got the email last night with the invoice and it said “300-320”. I replied and asked if it was a typo. They called this morning and said they’d shipped the 300-320’s by mistake and would recall them from UPS and get the 328’s out to me asap. She called back about 10min later to confirm again that I needed 8-lug balancers and wanted the 328’s. Some guy from the shop that makes them was in the office with her and wanted her to confirm. Said they don’t currently have any made, so he wanted her to ask before he made them. Said it would be within a week or so.

and yeah, TF is Tremor Forum
