Removing the weights didn't change much. I really recommend a road force balance and keep the balancers as well.

BTW, another perk of the Balance Masters is that the stud holes are the right size. They are oversized on the Centramatics, so they always sit a little off center. I'm not sure it matters, but it bugs me a little.

There are plenty of videos out there but this short video will give you an idea. They keep your wheels perfectly balanced throughout the entire life of the tire. They also reduce vibration and increase the life of the tire.

They will run you a bit over $200.00 for all four. I used part number 300-318 but some folks reported issues with fit but I did not have issues. They also make part number 300-328 (used by DL222 above) and these give you a bit more room if you run 20” stock wheels and fit without the spacer that I needed on mine.

This thread is a good resource for seeing both versions (300-318 and 300-328) installed on the truck and behind wheels.

Ordered the 300-328 today.

300-328 is the right call. I had a post from a few months ago detailing my issues with the 300-318 balancers.

My 2019 has 10,000 miles on the 300-328's without issues.

Finally got around to installing the 300-328 balancers today. Don't know if something is different from the 2019 SD's, but I had to open up the center bore on them with a deburr tool for them to slide over the hubs. Front and rear. Additionally, on both front wheels I had to open up the lug stud holes with a step drill for them to go on. Tried all 4 balancers on the front wheels and they all fit the same. Real "snug" on the studs, to the point that the were "snapping" over each thread on the studs. The rears didn't do that oddly enough.

I didn't want to send them back as I knew I could make them work easy enough, and I like that they are a larger diameter and a little different profile than the 300-318's and don't need spacers at all. They have plenty of clearance to the calipers and wheels. No worry at all of them rubbing anything.

Just wanted to update and share my experience for anyone who runs across these threads.

As do I, fit fine, zero issues.
One of the best things I've bought for my truck, they work great.

Pics of the 328’s installed.

Like shown in pics above, you can easily get 1 finger between the balancer and caliper, and 2 fingers between the balancer and wheel. (stuck phone in the wheel to take this pic)

The larger diameter balancer looks like the brake rotor behind the wheel at a distance. I bet 99% of people would never notice without pointing it out.
