There is a guy who used to be on the Ford Barn who rebuilds carbs. He did the 94 for my 8ba and it included rebushing the leaking throttle shaft. Carb ran perfectly right out of the box. He is no longer on the Barn for reasons I won't mention but they're not related to the quality of his work. Don't know if he would ship to the UK but worth contacting him. IMO

I'm in the UK and had supply problems so made a manifold from a curved piece of exhaust pipe and fitted a single SU carb from a V8 Rover and has better fuel and performance to boot.

Charlie does excellent work. He rebuilt the carb and distributor for a friend's '47 V8 truck and I installed them 2 weeks ago and when it fired off and warmed up there was no adjustment required of anything. I played with the idle mixture screws just because, but dialed em back right where Charlie had set them. I have a 47 tonner with an H six and I love it.
