Help

My 2007 ford 6.0l I changed oil cooler now wont start
its got over 1000psi at cpc sensor.its like slow timing it tries to start engine cranking speeds up when cranking but just wont finish starting

Any ideas

It often takes a lot of cranking to get the air out of the system. If you haven't recharged the batteries at least once, you're maybe not there yet.

In addition to the advice above, monitor the ICP volts so you know the actual ICP pressure and not an "inferred" one.

You had published somewhere a table with the comparison of ICP volt and ICP psi?

The attachment is from Ford. IIRC it is for the 05 and up engines, but it should be close enough for any engine IMO.
