but 15k miles on a 6.7, no way on mine with what I see about fuel dilution in oil for us metro drives. Makes me even a scary cat to go to 5k between oil changes.
By "metro drive" are you meaning city driving?

drive 1 or 2 blocks and stop for a red light. Wait 2 or 3 minutes for the red light to turn to green. Turns green drive another 1 or 2 blocks. Cycle repeats. None of the lights are in sync. A lot of the red lights are at intersections with no cross traffic. No magnets or anything to detect vehicle traffic.

I can easily go 10K on mine with the drive I have. 60 miles one way with 80% @61MPH. Very few stops, and 30 going the slowest for the shortest distance. Takes me an hour 15 to get to work. My F-150 would exceed 10K based on the IOLM. Right now it is showing 5000 miles left, I have put almost 5K on since I bought it. Oil still looks good, but I think I may pull a sample and send it in.
