The simple answer is no. The SD trucks use the ABS module to convert the vehicle speed sensor to the digital signal used by the various modules (most importantly the PCM) whereas the OBS vehicles have that function integrated into the instrument cluster (PSOM).
Not saying you can't do the swap, but you'll need more than the cluster to make it work.
