SO, I changed out the door actuator on my driver's door, I noticed it is no longer turning off the radio when i open the door.
I got to mess with it this weekend, took it out and cleaned up the little actuator, when I push it, it works right!
Put it all back together no longer works, now I decide to use a screwdriver to flip the lock mechanism, just putting the screwdriver in the lock ( i think is grounding it out) it works?!?
where do I go from here, Did I interrupt the ground point when I installed my Mirrors? I don't think so, I believe it was working since then, but my door actuator was making a grinding noise and would not always lock the truck
I have tried to move the actuator and plug but that does nothing, I would think it was grounded through the body ?
Door lock actuators' direction of motion depends on polarity of current supplied to it. Sounds like the one of the wires somewhere between the switch and that actuator is broken.

Most common place for a broken wire is the loom between the door and the body of the vehicle. All the interaction from door opening and closing repeatedly eventually works it's way through and they break like bending a spoon back and forth.
