Front or rear sump
Currently swapping a 1978 460 into 1964 f250 with straight axle.
Am I going to need a rear sump oil pan? It seems I may be able to fit it in with the stock front sump pan, but I want to see if anyone has worked with this swap.
Is there a kit anyone could recommend?
Will a mid 80’s 460 pan from a van fit into my 1978 460? They came with a rear sump pan, but I’m not sure the mounting is the same.
