Purchased spark plugs (autolite 124) and in the process of confirming they were gaped for the Electronic Ignition spec's it became clear they were not. Totally my fault in that I must have told the sales person I wanted plugs for my 65 Ford truck.
My question is can I use the Autolite 124 gaped for EI or take the loss and purchase plugs that are correct for my application, the old plugs intend to replace are AP45.
Any comments and/or suggestions would be appreciated; also whether another plug would be a better choice.
