Let's Talk Throttle Body!
I have an original Throttle Body in my 2002 F-250 5.4L 2V CCLB 4WD. I've cleaned it out (many times over the years) shooting the clean up juice (Berryman Throttle Body Cleaner) in their a few times and brushing it down. This done while it's still attached to the Intake Manifold. The question is would a guy obtain any more performance changing it out for a new one? I'm not looking to change other components at this time but is a 20 year old (226,000), Throttle Body going to produce anymore power? Would you replace it for something new?

NO, power output is all about airflow through the motor but the stock TB isn't a choke point and the venturi(the big hole) in the TB doesn't wear out so you wouldn't see any gains even if a larger model was installed.
