Always kept the stock wheels but since the 23 Platinum wheels are hideous I’ll be swapping them out. Looking at method 304 item MR30421087318N. Will these be “like” stock, meaning won’t stick out the side a lot?
Plan on just doing Toyo AT3 37x12.5x20. I current have Toyo MT 35x12.50x20. Surprisingly the AT3 weigh much less even though it’s a 37”v35”.

I don't think I've seen anyone confirm the bore and bolt pattern being the same for 23+ trucks. I suspect the bore and bolt pattern are the same since 23's are really just a heavily marketed facelift of the 22's. However, I'd get confirmation before purchasing any rims.
The wheels you listed specs for are significantly different than stock wheels. stock platinum wheels are 8 inches wide and have a positive 40mm offset. You may be better off to try to find a nice set of takeoff 20-22 platinum wheels or the machined KR wheels.
The 18 offset on the Methods is as close as most aftermarket wheels get to not sticking way out. Good choice, should be pretty close to flush with the wheel wells. Somebody should have a pic of their Methods in that offset.

The specs he linked have -18 offset. Not +18.
Those wheels would stick way out compared to factory wheels. A couple inches outside the fenders.
Ford is using some new axles for 2023, but I would assume they will stick with the same lug spacing. A lot of those aftermarket wheels are lug centric, so the center bore of the wheel should be oversized (larger) compared to the factory wheel.
How about that. The 304 20" Methods have a -18 mm offset. The ones I have been looking at, 305's in 18" have the +18 offset, which IS one of the best offerings for our trucks to not have the poke.
I agree with all comments that the -18 will have the tires sticking out a couple of inches.
Go 18" get some sidewall and options for a much more correct offset....
-18 will look like roller skates. +18 will move outward about half an inch. If you go with that offset and 37x12.50 20's, the left tire will rub on roll bar at full right wheel turn. I have the same set up. 0 offset will most likely allow for no rubbing but will stick out another half inch.
