Yep, think that’s the one I’ve got. Honestly, I first bought one like OP shows, not realizing in the store that it wouldn’t be flush. When I installed it and seen it stuck out like that, I returned it and began the search for one that’s flush.
After getting it, and actually using it, I kinda wish I had the other one back. It’s aggravating trying to keep the flush adapter in place when sliding the hitch into it. Looking back, it probably would’ve been nice to have that inch to hold onto and keep the adapter in place. I’m just gonna rock on with it for now though.
At some point soon I’m gonna get a proper 2.5” hitch, because there seems to be a lot of slop stacking a 2” hitch, into the adapter, into the truck side.

I've been using a hitch tightener to eliminate the little bit of slop which it has done.
If starting fresh with no hitch it would be easier to get the size to fit. If already having hitches it was easier to get the tightener if the slop bothered a person.

Also don't forget a strain hitch pin, those J pins like to wallow out the hitch pin holes.
I have yet to understand why Ford doesn't offer a reducer with their trucks. My Ram came with one, holes line up perfectly, almost no slop between the sleeve and the receiver (can't say the same for all hitches), and it's got about a half-inch long flange to keep it from sliding in too far. It's been in there so long it might be rusted in place, I'm not actually sure - I switch hitches and it never even tries to pull out now.
Ford's missing out by not offering one that's matched to the trucks.

Ford use to give the sleeve and it did fit perfect.
