If your keyless entry quits working on the passenger doors only, check and see if the power lift gate has been disabled in the dash. We installed a handicap scooter lift on our car, I got tired of the power lift gate opening and hitting the lift if my foot got under the bumper while loading the scooter, so I disabled the power lift gate, I took me a while to figure out that the keyless entry door locks no longer worked because by disabling the lift gate it also disables the passenger keyless entry on the door handles.
This might be a coincidence - the usual explanation for the passenger door keyless entry problem is that the truck disables it when the battery is discharged beyond a certain amount. This happens to me regularly - driving the truck restores the keyless entry on all doors (mine's a 2018). But I don't have the power lift gate disabled so I could try that as well.
I thought I had fixed it, lasted 2 days and they don't work again, but if I change the setting on my lift gate, some how the computer reactivates the keyless entry for maybe 2 days, I don't think it is the battery we drive it every day, but will have the dealer check it out I guess, could be a computer problem.
There are a whole number of circuits that draw power even when the vehicle sits and the result it that the battery loses charge.. As you mention, the sensors in the rear doors stop working when that happens as a power saving measure. The radio will not play for a full ten minutes if you shut off the engine and remain inside. The Auto Start Stop may also not function when the battery is low. Put your battery on a trickle charger for a day or so and those features will start to work again. The lifespan of the battery is reaching its end, so start saving for a new AGM battery.
