Yes, X-Plan is independent of any cash offers or incentives, can be combined with any of them.
Thats not necessarily true. I have two PCOs that I wanted to apply, and were "stackable," but one of them specifically stated in the fine print that it could not be combined with the A,Z, or X plans. It does seem that most of the other offers can be combined with X plan and other offers combined.

My PCO stated it couldn't be combined with A,Z, or D plans. I used mine with my X-Plan from Mustang Club of America. Those two items saved me over $5k and Mustang Club only cost me $35 to join.

Can we see these "stackable" PCO's? I haven't seen one that can be combined with another provate offer. Do both have a VINCENT #?

Mine had personal info that I'm not going to share, but I will share that one was provided by Ford for first responders, one through my insurance provider (not eligible to be combined), and another through a professional organization to which I belong.
Its all in the fine print, which is frustrating to go through, but necessary.

I'm familiar with the first responder incentive, military offer, student offer etc., they are on Fords site. I consider those and others offers, like the Farm Bureau discount, to be conditional offers, since you must qualify. I've read mixed reasults when it comes to stacking those with a PCO.
I thought maybe you were talking about the PCO (direct ofder) that some randomly recieve from Ford being stackable with another of the same.
So the cash offer through the professional organization was the offer that you said was stackable with a Ford PCO? Was it an offer that all members of this private organization can qualify for, or was it a random offer that only some recieve?
Read the fine print for each offer as they are not all the same. I was looking to do X-plan with the $500 Farm Bureau offer, but the FB cannot be combined with any other offer.
