Driving home 1000 miles and had to tighten some of the lug nuts with the included tools found under the back seat. I couldn't find the jack though...
Where is it located?
Behind the rear passenger seat secured to the floor. There is a loop on the side of the seat, pull it and it releases the upper portion of seat to come foward.
If you didn't know or see this thread from awhile ago the driver side rear seat comes foward to store stuff behind it. It can be tricky getting it released.

For some odd reason Ford decided to put the lug wrench and other tire tools under the driver side rear seat but they stuck the jack behind the passenger side rear seat in the SuperCab. Probably has to do with finding a secure place to lock everything down. I moved the tool package so it is behind the passenger rear seat and is nicely wedged behind the jack with everything in one place. If it can find a way out of there then I've probably also wrecked the truck and have bigger issues than the tools moving.

Great idea and conclusion!
I also found it odd they were on different sides...
