I've pretty much resorted to looking at Carfax primarily. It is nice because it says whether it is the 2.7 or 3.5 on the main page, whereas Cars or Autotrader you have to click the ad to tell. Plus, pretty much all of them on Carfax have the link to the window sticker.
I did also find a website from a google search where you can add the vin at the end of the address and it will pull the window sticker.
18+, under $45K, under 45k miles, max tow, sunroof, and 360 cam is a unicorn. Out of 90 results on carfax, after filtering as far as I can, there's 1 that meets all of those options and it's 500 miles away. The joys of buying a used truck lol
Why the want for a sunroof? Those should be aplenty... One of the reasons we ordered ours, was to NOT have a (potentially) leaky sunroof which also took away from our weight carrying capacity. And we wanted max tow, it is a feature rich option, and we wanted tow mirrors, and the color that no dealers were ordering. If you wanted silver or white, Maybe get tow mirrors, but not Max Tow... Heck it was that kind of search of the NEW side in 2020...
Just drove the truck (let's just say it is my Wife's truck) on some errands and a nice lunch out, and back home, and the only thing I could even possibly wish for? Is if it were the Powerboost, don't need it, just would be cool to have. Quickest truck we have ever owned...
Good luck in your search, and if it doesn't have Max Tow, hopefully it has the TBC, but not a biggee to install - the hitch/bumper is stronger in the max tow btw...
The biggest value item in the Max Tow, in my opinion, is the 9.75 rear end. Most F150s will have the Super 8.8, the 9.75 is a big upgrade that you can't order as a stand alone option. Yeah you get the trailer brake controller and the 36 gallon fuel tank, but those can be ordered separately.
And to add on to that list, Max Tow is the only way I know of to get the upgraded rear bumper/hitch. It also included the E Locker, but that could be had other ways too. Didn't we discuss the frame thickness some time back? Or was that only on an HDPP...

I love my sunroof in my current Super Duty. Don't want to give it up. You are correct, they are pretty easy to find, it's actually the 360 cam that is proving hard to find which surprises me. I have that now and I love it. Not sure why more people don't order it.
I am knocking on wood right now. I have a 2015 Ecoboost Platinum 4X4 with 178K miles on it. Ordered it Brandnew in 2014. Truck has been great just regular maintenance and a lot of brake rotors. My driver's seat is starting to break down where you get in and out but that's all. I still get compliments all the time. I have been running 285/65/20 since new and a 5 Star tune since 36K miles. I just found the window sticker the other day and I bought the truck for $62K every option. Makes you sad today to see what $62k gets you new.
Oh the panoramic sunshade is a big piece of crap. They leak, and won't open even after Ford worked on it 3 times.
