Thanks for that advice, I will follow it along with all the other good words in here like not mentioning how it's being paid for, In my book we agree on price first then we'll speak on methods of payment. If they don't like that then I am more than willing to walk.

And make sure your dealer uses the Retail Order Verification Program to order your truck, you get better build priority that way.

Just my personal preference now, but I don’t even like discussing actual numbers or percentages with them anymore, unless it is how much compared to MSRP or invoice. Because you’ll know how much MSRP/invoice is when you build the truck on the site. When they start trying to say 55k or 63999 etc out the door I could care less about those numbers. Let’s just talk how much (below) compared to msrp. X plan is easily obtainable and will get you ~invoice type pricing. So if they aren’t willing to give you a fair deal, get X plan and find a dealer willing to give you X plan pricing and have them sign an invoice saying they agree to X-plan. Just my .02 cents.

Also from following this site, and others, there are lots of either crooked or incompetent dealers out there. In in ATL, with I don’t know how many dealers, but after talking to about 6, I ordered from Granger, based on their great deal, and reputation on here of being honest,
It’s crazy when it’s worth it to fly 1000 miles and drive home, but I’d do it again.
